Welcome to Astral Butterflies. Butterflies are beautiful and beloved. They are celebrated in art, legends, and songs in cultures all over the world.
This site is dedicated to celebrating the wonder of butterflies, understanding them better, and learning to attract them to our gardens. Even a few potted plants on a balcony can become a butterfly garden (if not too many storeys above the ground).
We will discuss the many amazing butterfly species, the role of butterflies in the garden, and the images of butterflies in art and traditional lore.
